Apostle Kimberly Vines-Weathers is the eldest daughter of the late Reverend Dr. Willie Vines and Reverent Decorious Vines.  She is a respected apostolic and prophetic leader who serves alongside her husband, Chief Apostle Timothy Weathers, at RHEMA International Ministries—an Apostolic and Prophetic house dedicated to equipping, empowering, and propelling leaders into their Kingdom assignments.

 

An anointed preacher, teacher, and prophetic voice, Apostle Kimberly ministers at churches, conferences, and retreats, calling God’s people into a deeper and honest relationship with Him. She also serves as a spiritual mentor, leadership coach, and instructor, teaching courses such as The Seer, Prophetic Pitfalls, and Dream Interpretation.

 

She is a contributing author in “Daughters of Destiny, Destiny, a View of Biblical Heroines through the Eyes of 21st Century Women, a 40 Writer Collaboration” and the “7 Ingredients to an Effective Prayer Life (Volumes 3 - 5)”. Known as a fervent worshipper, Seer, and visionary, Apostle Kimberly’s heart’s desire is to please the Father and to one day hear Him say, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.”
